•Where Can the Powerskip/poweriser Be Used:
Confirm on flat or hard floor to use the powerskip/poweriser;
In extensive & safety place to use it, in order to prevent to fall down by obstacle.
Learning Tips for Teenagers:
Kids should always be supervised by parent or guardian at all times and proper protection shall be worn always. Here is the pictures are showing the step:
Please note: The kids model gives the user the ability to jump up to 1 meter. (not 2 meters)
Learning Tips for Adults:
Preparation
Step 1: Make sure all protective gear is worn such as a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads and wrist guards.
Step 2: Make sure all Poweriser straps are tight and secure.
Step 3: Make sure you have had sufficient warm up exercises as stated in manual.
How To Use Powerskip/poweriser
1. A beginner should use a bench in order to easily buckle up the straps.
2. The belts securing both feet should be tightly fastened.
3. Try to stand by leaning on the wall or with a friends help.
4. Use your friend or wall to slowly walk alongside for easy walking
5. Do not attempt to run or jump when you are a beginner
How To Stand After Falling
Normally, a beginner can't stand up after a fall without help. If you are more confident about the equipment you can stand up without assistance by kneeling on one leg and standing up by putting the weight on the other leg
